You can reschedule a scheduled session, free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours notice.* When you originally scheduled your call, you should have received a confirmation email. You will find a link to reschedule your call within that email.
1/ a. Open the confirmation email and click on "Reschedule my session"
b. Or from your Profile, click on Schedule, select the session you would like to reschedule and click on the Modify icon.
2/ Select a new date/time
3/ Select a coach (you can either select a new coach, or the same coach as before, depending on their availability)
4/ Double check everything is correct before clicking "Schedule Session"
5/ After clicking the "Schedule Session" button, a confirmation notice will appear on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation email letting you know you've successfully rescheduled your session.
*If you reschedule a call with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged another token. All students agree to this policy by typing their name before scheduling a session. Please see our Rescheduling policy for more information.
