If you need to cancel your scheduled call, you can do it two different ways. See the steps below:
1/ a. From the confirmation email you received after initially booking your session: Click on "Cancel my session"
b. Or from your Profile, click on Schedule, select the session you would like to cancel and click on the Delete icon.
2/ Add your reason for canceling and click on "Cancel event"
3/ A confirmation notice of your cancelation will then appear on your screen. You'll also receive a confirmation notice via email.
4/ Your token will be automatically refunded*. You can double check this by navigating to Payments > Ledger
(*you will only receive a refund for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours notice)
