If you need to cancel your scheduled call, you can do it two different ways. See the steps below:
1. a. From the confirmation email you received after initially booking your session: Click on "Cancel my session"
b. Or from your Profile, click on Schedule, select the session you would like to cancel and click on the Delete icon.
2. Add your reason for canceling and click on "Cancel event"
3. A confirmation notice of your cancelation will then appear on your screen. You'll also receive a confirmation notice via email.
4. Your token will be automatically refunded*. You can double check this by navigating to Payments > Ledger
(*you will only receive a refund for sessions canceled with at least 16 hours notice)
