If you’re having technical problems during a call, please report them immediately to Customer Service and add a screenshot. You can talk to them by opening the chatbox in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Here are some common examples of technical issues during a call:
- Your audio and/ or your video aren't working
- Your partner’s audio and/ or video aren't working
- The call ends unexpectedly
- Your search is lasting longer than 10 minutes
- You've connected with a partner and are waiting but your partner doesn’t appear
- You keep receiving error messages
If you keep experiencing these problems, there may be an issue with your connection or computer. If so, please do the following:
- Try logging in and out of your account
- Checking your internet connection
- Clearing your cache
- Check our full guide for a good internet connection
If you’re unable to resolve the problem, please contact Customer Support by using the chatbox or sending an email to support@conversifi.com.
Also, if you enter a call and don’t see your conversation partner, please try the following:
- Refresh the page two or three times
- Wait a minute or MAXIMUM two minutes to see if they appear

If you’ve refreshed at least a couple of times and still don't see your conversation partner within the first few minutes, please hang up
