If you aren't able to start your search, here are a few things you should try:
1. Your section code might be outdated. Go to My Account, scroll down to Section Code and enter the code your instructor gave you in class. Ensure that it's entered exactly as your teacher presented it to you.
2. Your subscription fee hasn't been paid for this term. Please check by looking at the top right corner of your page.
3. If you're a coach, make sure that you've been approved as one. If you haven't, go to Profile, click on the Coaching Status tab, watch the Coach Training Video and take the quiz. You need to score 100% to be approved!. Learn more about How to become a coach here.
4. If you're a learner, you need tokens in your balance. If you ran out, there are 2 ways to get more tokens: buy them (select the Tokens link and choose the Buy Tokens tab) or coach a session to earn one token.
5. Make sure you're clicking on a module to move on to the next page where you'll be able to start your search.
