If the call quality is dipping, the A/V is choppy, or if the conversation is lagging, then you'll want to run connection tests to make sure that your hardware and browser are functioning well. If you fail any of the following tests, you'll need to improve your connection or hardware in order to use the Conversifi platform. Also ensure that your camera and microphone are enabled.
