After you coach a lesson, you should receive one token as compensation immediately. You can check your balance in the upper-right hand corner of the screen > Ledger.
If your balance didn't change, it's possible that the conversation was too short for credit.
- For a regular 15-minutes call: if the call is under ten minutes, then no token will appear in your account.
- For a 10-minutes call: if the call is under eight minutes, then no token will appear in your account.
