There are a couple of reasons you may have lost your paid coaching status:
1. Your average coaching rating dipped below the required threshold of 4.5.
2. We received a complaint about you from a user.
3. Your account is inactive.
4. You haven't been doing many coaching sessions, so we gave the position to a more active coach.
