There are a couple of reasons you might have lost your paid coaching credentials.
1. Your average coaching rating may have dipped below the required threshold of 4.5.
2. We may have received a complaint about your coaching from a user.
3. Your account is inactive.
4. You're not doing a lot of coaching, so we gave the paid position to a more active coach.
