Some users get stuck on the "My Account" page when they're trying to make changes to their information. This could be caused by a number of different issues:
1. Sometimes the browser will reload an old version of the page and won't allow you to make edits. Clear your cache or try Incognito mode to clear this up.
2. You need to select one of the places provided in our Location drop down to leave the page. Make sure that you picked from the dropdown menu, and didn't manually enter it.
3. Ensure that there are no special characters in your username.
