If you participate in a Conversifi promotion, you should receive your reward tokens immediately. If they have not been credited to your account, the most likely issue is that you did not start your session during our promo's time slot.
Note that you should see two entries in your token history: one for the regular tokens you earned or spent and another for the promotional tokens that were added or taken away. The total is your change for the session.
If you think a mistake has been made, send us a message in the chat, and we can check your account to make sure there was no issue.
