No worries, we can help. Conversifi can issue a partial or complete refund in the following situations:
- You accidentally made a duplicate payment
- You paid on the platform but didn't realize your school had provided a prepaid access code
- You dropped the class (please send us a photo of your approved add/drop form)
- You bought the wrong item (e.g. you paid for 10 full price tokens but wanted to buy the 10 token discount bundle)
To help us with your refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your request. We'll need the date and time of the charge and the name of the payer. Keep in mind that might be your parent or friend if you used someone else's credit card. If you know the exact amount of the charge or can tell us more about the situation that can be helpful too.
In most cases, we're able to issue the credit in 1 - 2 business days, though it can be a bit longer if we need to further research.
Note that we do not refund unused tokens or fees.
