All of your learner calls are recorded and stored in your profile. This allows you to review your progress and helps us maintain quality and safety on the Conversifi platform.
You can find your recordings under the History tab of your Conversifi account, where you can either download the video file or copy a link to the website where the recording is stored. Typically videos become available a couple hours after the call was completed, so you might need to wait a while and check back.
If your conversation was cut short, you should still find it recorded here. If not, just send our support team a message and we'll be able to help you.
To protect your privacy, we don't share your call recordings with your coaches.
