Following each session, both the coach and learner will have an opportunity to rate their partner's effort and performance. There is also a small box for open-ended feedback. Since your partner can review these comments later, some users exchange contact info with each other through this option!
We also offer a couple of switches:
- When you enjoyed your session and want to let your coach know, you can now grant him/her one or more badges
- "favorite partner" will give you prioritized matching with your favorite coaches and learners when you're both on the site at the same time
- "follow partner" will add your partner to your Conversifi social feed
- "block partner" will prevent matching with this partner in the future (don't worry, your partner won't know you blocked them)
If your learning experience wasn't ideal, you can help us continually improve the experience for other users by responding YES to the question "Does this coach need more training?". After you click YES, you'll select one or more areas where they could improve and we'll follow up. Your coach will NOT know you reported this the issue.
The History section is where you can check out all your individual session scores with the corresponding comments. Under the Learned and Coached tabs, you can see your average scores and more detailed module information.
If your partner was behaving inappropriately and/or in violation of acceptable standards of conduct, immediately send us an email detailing the situation to support@conversifi.com. From there, we will review the video and take action if necessarily.
Finally, in the event that a call cuts out, we recommend giving your partner good scores, but rating the call quality as poor. This way, we know to investigate that conversation for potential technical issues, and your partner's overall rating doesn't drop.
