If the call quality is dipping, the A/V is choppy, or if the conversation is lagging, then you'll want ensure that your camera and microphone are enabled and/or run connection tests to make sure that your hardware and browser are functioning well. You can find all the tests to run in our Guide for good internet connection. If you fail any of the following tests, you'll need to improve your connection or hardware in order to use the Conversifi platform.
