You can reschedule or cancel your call up to 24 hours before your scheduled conversation time.
For example, if you scheduled a call at 7:00 PM on August 2nd, you will be able to reschedule or cancel this call until 7:00 PM on August 1st.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled conversation time, or fail to attend your conversation, you will be charged an in-app token to compensate the coach who was scheduled.
