Step 1: Log into your account* (or create an account) at https://app.conversifi.com/login.
*Returning students: make sure to update your section code first and then pay your subscription fee or redeem a coupon code if needed.
Step 2: Click the "Schedule" button to schedule a learning session* (Currently coaching sessions cannot be scheduled in advance)
*If this option is grayed out and you can’t click on it, there are 2 possible reasons:
- You don’t have tokens in your account. See how to buy tokens here.
- Your subscription fee is unpaid (you can either pay the fee or redeem a code if you have one)
Step 3: Read and agree to our Cancellation Policy (Type your name and click “Accept”)
Step 4: Pick a date/time and a coach
a/ If you'd like to speak with a specific coach, you can do so by clicking on their picture at the top of the page to see their availability.
(When hovering over a coach's image, you'll also be able to see their user name, and what country they're from.)
b/ If you have a specific day and time you would like to have your session at, you can select that specific day on the calendar and see which time slots are available. Select your preferred time and then pick the coach you would like have your session with.
Step 6: Once you've selected a coach and day/time, you can confirm your choice by clicking on "Schedule Session". Before confirming, make sure you've selected the right time slot. If you see a mistake, you can click the "Change date" button and you'll be brought back to the previous page. (Please note that after confirming, your coach will be able to see your email address. They are only permitted to use it for scheduling and connection purposes though).
Step 7: Lastly, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your conversation. Please be on time for your conversation!
