You can reschedule or cancel your call up to 16 hours before your scheduled conversation time.
For example, if you scheduled a call at 5:00 PM on August 2nd, you will be able to reschedule or cancel this call until 1:00 AM on August 2nd.
If you cancel within 16 hours of your scheduled conversation time, or fail to attend your conversation, you will be charged an in-app token to compensate the coach who was scheduled.
