In order to complete your scheduled session, you should double check the following:
- Before your conversation, please test your audio/video. You can test it here.
- Make sure you are somewhere with a strong internet connection
- Find a quiet place
- Log in a few minutes before the starting time of your call
- For ASL learners only: Please make sure you’re using a computer, not a smartphone or tablet. You’ll need both hands free to communicate with your coach
About timing: It's a good idea to arrive a few minutes early to give yourself enough time to start the call.
If you're too early: the Enter button will be greyed out. Don’t worry, it will turn blue a few minutes before the session starts.
It's time to start: The button turned blue, just click on it when you're ready to begin!
